The easiest one I have that doesn't include a jar or packet is Fettucine Alfredo. I make this meal for two often. Here is what you need:
1 pint heavy cream
3 cloves garlic crushed
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste.
fettucine or any pasta, cooked for 2-4 servings.
When I cook this meal for two I use about 2/3 of the cream. If I were cooking for three or four I would use the whole pint. Here is what you do: in large skillet cook cream on medium-high heat. Once the cream starts to boil add everything else. Don't turn your back on this as it cooks fast and if the cream gets too hot it will boil out of the pan and onto the stove. I like to use a skillet with a good handle on it, because I like to pull the pan off the heat for a second and swirl everything around just to make sure it doesn't burn on the bottom. This takes only about six to eight minutes depending on how high the heat is. The cream will reduce and become thick and saucy. Pull it off the heat and toss in your cooked pasta. Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Keep in mind, if this gets too hot the milk solids will separate from the fats and it will be greasy. Can anyone suggest any easy pasta recipes?

They have these sauce packets by Mcormick at the grocery store. I get some of those and some fettucine noodles. Add some cooked and diced chicken and then you have a meal.
