1st off let me just say i think when people ask for a recipe they are wanting to get 1 from someone who has actually tried the recipe and know its good , anyone is smart enough to look it up on the internet. it just bugs me when people say recipes .com or google .ghrrrr !
when i make pasta sauce i use about 10 red tomatoes
1/4 cup olive oil.. 2 small cans of tomaote paste , red wine , parmasan cheese or romano to taste and of course basil oregano rosemary, sounds simple yet its hard to improve something that is sooo simple and yummy to begin with ;o) my grandmother does something that adds alot of flavor , (and fat) she browns a small amount of beef or sausage and puts the drippings into the sauce like about 2 tbs it adds alot of flavor but as i said it adds fat too ;o) EnjoyHome Made Pasta Sauce Recipes?

I like to saute crushed garlic, green bell peppers, and mushrooms in olive oil. Its quick, easy, and very tasty.
