You can use them for anything you would use a regular noodle for. They are a little more doughy and taste kind of like a homemade noodle. I use them in a regular kluski recipe..that being..saute cabbage and add to the noodles with butter. Sometimes I put cottage cheese in my kluski, along with the cabbage. It's awesome that way.
I also use them to make chicken and noodles, chicken noodle soup, tuna noodle casserole and I even put spaghetti sauce on them. I like them because I like that doughy texture that you normally only get from homemade noodles.
