I try to do tuna wraps every couple of days . get some tuna , lo fat mayo, and spread some mayo on the sides of the wrap and push tuna into the wrap and you are ready to go , add some fruit , maybe some chips and a juice and you should be good.Does anyone know any pasta or sandwich recipes dat are good for packed lunches?
I always take this easy pasta salad to lunch : Cook your pasta ( I use penne ) , drain and place in a bowl . add mayo , diced celery , diced bell peppers , and sliced almonds , chill in the microwave .

Sandwiches : open a can of tuna , place between the bread , add cheese , and some mustard , and diced celery .Cover in plastic wrap . Try to make it as late as possible so the bread doesnt get soggy from the tuna . Just make sure to drain well so it doesnt get soggy.

Thinly slice some cucumbers in long strips , same with carrots , add some brocolli sprouts or alfalfa , add some mustard and mayo for a quick veggie sandwich .

Try packing soup in a thermos to go with your sandwich :]
Cheese %26amp; Ham Sandwich

Ingredients:

1. 2 slices of White Bread

2. 2 or 3 slices of Cheddar Cheese

3. 2 slices of Packet Ham

4. Mayonnaise

Instructions:

1. Place one slice of white bread on your chopping board and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on your slice of bread with a table knife. A thin layer of ham and cheese requires a thin spread of mayonnaise so don't over do it.

2. Cut up a few slices of cheddar cheese insuring it covers your mayonnaise equally with no gaps for the mayo to spill out.

3. Now, take a few slices of your smoked plain packet ham and again insure all the cheddar cheese is completely covered which should only take a two or 2 and a half slices of ham.

4. Finish off your cheese and ham sandwich with the top slice of white bread. You can now eat immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or so for that added taste.
