I feel like making pasta, easy recipes?

I wanna make pasta, using macaroni. I wanted mac and cheese but couldnt find any good recipes that didnt require cooking in the oven. any ideas for ingredients that i could add to cooked pasta to make a good meal?I feel like making pasta, easy recipes?
Macaroni and Chicken Casserole


1 1/4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni


2 tablespoons butter


1/4 cup finely chopped onion


4 ounces mushrooms, sliced


2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper (about half of a small bell pepper)


2 tablespoons chopped pimiento-stuffed olives


4 ounces (1 cup) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese


1 cup sour cream


1 teaspoon seasoned salt


1 teaspoon pepper


1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken


1/4 cup milk


1/2 cup soft bread crumbs, tossed with a few teaspoons melted butter - for topping chicken casserole





Cook and drain macaroni, following package directions; place in a large mixing bowl.





In a large skillet, melt butter over medium low heat. Add chopped onion, mushrooms, and chopped green bell pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 4 minutes, or until onion is softened and mushrooms are browned.





Add skillet mixture to macaroni with chopped olives, shredded cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper, chicken, and milk.





Transfer chicken and macaroni mixture to a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over the top of macaroni and chicken casserole.





Bake at 350掳 for 25 to 35 minutes, or until chicken casserole is bubbly and breadcrumbs are lightly browned.





Serves 6.

Italian Baked Ziti Casserole





One pound ground meat


One 28 oz. jar prepared spaghetti sauce (or your own homemade sauce)





One 16 oz. package of ziti noodles





Parmesan cheese





Brown hamburger and pour off excess fat.





Cook ziti according to package directions. Drain pasta.





Mix meat, spaghetti sauce and pasta. Place in greased casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese.





Bake in 375 degree oven for twenty minutes or until golden brown on top

Macaroni and Cheese w/ Bacon





INGREDIENTS:





2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni


1/4 pound bacon


2 tablespoons butter


3 tablespoons flour


1 cup evaporated milk


salt and pepper to taste


1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


2 tablespoons grated onion


1 1/2 cups, about 6 ounces, shredded sharp Cheddar cheese





PREPARATION:





Cook macaroni in boiling salted water as package directs. Drain the cooking liquid into a 2 cup measure. If necessary, add more water to make 2 cups. Fry bacon; remove to paper towels to drain. Drain off all but 1 tablespoon of bacon fat; add 2 tablespoons butter.





Stir in flour. Slowly stir in evaporated milk and 2 cups water. Stirring constantly, bring mixture to the boiling point; season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and onion. Add cheese and continue to heat over low heat until cheese is melted. Add cooked macaroni; mix well. Serve with crumbled bacon on top.





Macaroni and cheese recipe serves 4.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese





24 ounces macaroni


1/2 cup butter


1/2 cup flour


4 cups milk


16 ounces Velveeta cheese (sometimes I use even more)


1 pinch white pepper or black pepper


1-2 cup shredded cheddar cheese





Directions:





Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.





Prepare macaroni according to package directions.





Melt butter in a large pan.





Whisk flour into melted butter to create a light roux (paste).





Slowly whisk milk into the roux, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.





Allow milk and roux to heat for about one minute, then begin adding the Velveeta.





Continue to gently whisk the mixture until all Velveeta has melted, then add a pinch of white or black pepper.





After macaroni has cooked, drain the water from the pot and mix in the cheese sauce.





Once the macaroni and sauce are mixed together, tranfer to a 9 x 13 baking dish.





Cook uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.





Sprinkle 1 or 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese over the top and bake for 5 more minutes, or until cheddar cheese is throughly melted.





Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.I feel like making pasta, easy recipes?

DIRECTIONS


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).


Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.


In a bowl mix milk, eggs, sour cream, seasoning salt, and pepper. Layer macaroni, cheddar cheese, and milk mixture until pan is full. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and pour melted butter on top.


Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until milk mixture is done.


Layered Enchilada Bake

1 cup cooked macoroni


1 1/2 cups tomaotoe juice


2 small cans of diced toamotes


1 lb ground beef


1 can chilibeans (optional)


1 can diced green chilis (optional)


2 TBSP chili powder


1/2 tsp onion powder


1/2 tsp garlic powder


1/2 cup chopped red onion


1/2 cup water


in a large skillet brown togetehr the diced green chilis onion podwer onions and once beef is about half done add tomaotes undrained...add your garlic add simmer until brown add in 1/2 cup water to help kep your meat moist.Add in you chili beans and the toamot juice along with the cooked noodles and chili powder...more chili pepper may be added make it as spicy as you wish and serve with sour cream cheese jalapenoes wahtever you like
Mushroom %26amp; Cheese Macaroni


Ingredients





400g wholewheat macoroni


60g butter or margarine


2tbs chopped parsley


450g mushrooms


60g grated cheese











Method





1. Cook macaroni according to manufacturer's instructions.


Slice mushrooms and fry in the fat for 8 mins then add the parsley.


Drain macaroni and mushrooms and toss together lightly.


2. Serve sprinkled with grated cheese.





(vegetarian)





if you dont like mushrooms you can replace them with something you like better if you want
