I need some good pasta recipes!!?

Anything that has to do with pasta....I need it!!! lol

';Baked Macaroni and Cheese'; - 4 to 6 servings





1 (9 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni


1/4 cup butter or margarine


1/4 cup all-purpose flour


1 tsp. salt


1/8 tsp. pepper


2 cups milk


2 cups (8 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese


l large tomato; thickly sliced (optional)





Preheat oven to 375*. Cook macaroni as package directs; drain.


Meanwhile, melt butter in medium saucepan; remove from heat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth; gradually stir in milk. Bring to boiling, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat.


Stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese and the macaroni; pour into 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole. Arrange tomato slices over top, if desired. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake 15 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.








';Noodles Alfredo'; - 5 or 6 servings





8 oz. wide egg noodles


1/2 cup butter or margarine


1/2 cup light cream (20%)


1 cup grated Parmesan cheese


1 tbsp. parsley flakes


1/4 tsp. salt


Dash pepper





Cook noodles as package directs. Meanwhile, heat butter and cream in small saucepan over low heat until butter is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients; keep warm over low heat.


Drain noodles; return to kettle. Pour sauce over noodles, stirring gently until noodles are well coated.








';Spaghetti Carbonara'; - 4 servings





8 oz. thin spaghetti


2 tbsp. olive oil


1 tbsp. butter or margarine


6 slices bacon


3 eggs; room temperature


3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


1/4 cup chopped parsley





1) Cook spaghetti as label directs; drain and keep hot.


2) Meanwhile, in 10'; skillet over medium heat, in hot oil and butter, fry bacon until crisp.


3) In large bowl with wire whisk, beat eggs; beat in cheese and parsley. Add hot spaghetti; toss with egg mixture to coat well.


4) Add bacon and 2 tbsp. drippings; toss to mix well. Serve immediately. Yields 3 1/2 cups.








';Linguini with White Clam Sauce'; - 4 servings





8 oz. linguini


2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams


1/4 cup butter or margarine


2 tbsp. olive or salad oil


4 cloves garlic; minced


3 tbsp. chopped parsley





1) Cook linguini as label directs; drain and keep hot.


2) Meanwhile, drain clams, reserving liquid. In 1-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, in hot butter and oil, cook garlic and parsley until garlic is lightly browned. Add clam liquid to butter mixture; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.


3) Stir in clams; heat to boiling. Toss sauce with pasta until well coated. Yields 4 1/2 cups.








';Manicotti with Spicy Sausage'; - 8 to 10 servings





1 lb. bulk spicy Italian sausage


1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes


1 (26 oz.) jar marinara sauce


2 eggs; beaten


3 cups ricotta cheese


3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles


3 tbsp. minced fresh parsley


1 tsp. Italian seasoning


1/2 tsp. salt


1/2 tsp. garlic powder


1/2 tsp. pepper


18 uncooked manicotti shells


1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese





In large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain and set aside.


In same skillet, bring tomatoes and marinara sauce to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes. In large bowl, combine eggs, ricotta, Parmesan, chiles, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder and pepper.


Divide 2 cups of sauce between two greased 13x9x2'; baking pans. Stuff uncooked manicotti shells with cheese mixture; place in prepared pans. Sprinkle with sausage; top with remaining sauce.


Cover and bake at 375* - 50 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and manicotti is tender. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.








';Swanson Simple Seasoned Pasta'; - Serves about 6





2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Swanson Seasoned Chicken Broth with Italian Herbs


3 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta





In saucepan, heat broth to a boil; stir in uncooked pasta. Simmer gently over medium heat 10 minutes or until pasta is done, stirring occasionally.

You can use any pasta noodles you want for the following sauces





1) 4 tablespoons of butter, melted.


2 teaspoons minced garlic or garlic powder


sprinkled parsely


pinch of salt and pepper

CAVATELLI WITH ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND BROCOLLI RABE


Can be prepared in 45 minutes or less.


1/2 pound (about 2 cups) dried cavatelli or other small shell-shaped pasta


1/2 pound (about 3 links) sweet Italian sausage


1 bunch (about 3/4 pound) broccoli rabe, tough and hollow stems discarded, washed well


1 garlic clove, minced


1 1/4 cups low-salt chicken broth


1/4 cup golden raisins


1 tablespoon unsalted butter





Accompaniment: freshly grated Parmesan cheese














In a kettle of boiling salted water cook pasta until al dente.


While pasta is cooking, squeeze sausage from its casings into a large heavy skillet and saut茅 over moderately high heat, stirring to break up chunks, until no longer pink. With slotted spoon transfer sausage to a bowl, reserving drippings in skillet.





Cut broccoli rabe into 1-inch pieces and saut茅 in reserved drippings, stirring occasionally, until it begins to brown. Add garlic and saut茅, stirring frequently, 1 minute. Add broth and raisins and simmer until broccoli rabe is just tender, about 3 minutes. Add butter, stirring until incorporated.





Drain pasta and return to kettle. Add broccoli rabe mixture and sausage and heat through if necessary.





Serve pasta with Parmesan.

If you go to any search engine and type the word pasta recipes and also find some great recipes. I love pasta too.
Just use Pasta Sides, that's what I do. Cheap, simple, and gets the job pretty darn fast.


Or Easy Spaghetti.


Boil some Penne pasta.


Heat up some Healthy Choice spaghetti sauce.


After about 5 minutes add the meat you use for meatballs (you don't have to roll them into balls if you're lazy, I don't), chopped onions, and other types of meat you like. I don't know about you but I like adding sausages, and pepperoni.


After the meat is cooked and the food is hot, and the pasta is done boiling. Pour the water from the pot of penne, add the pasta onto plates, and add the meat and sauce.


Easy, and mmm...mmm good.
I have two really good, really fast ones. Spinach Fettucine with Chicken Mustard Sauce %26amp; Penne Pesto with Baby Spinach.
Buy some alfredo sauce. Boil noodles til aldente'... Heat up sauce in sauce pan. Add broccoli ... Also you can add chicken breast peices or shrimp yumm
Pesto Pasta





Get a pk of Knorr pesto sauce mix (or home made) and prepare it while you are cooking your favorite pasta linguini, spaghetti or fettuccini al dente.


In a saute pan w 1T olive oil, Quickly saute some large shrimp, shelled %26amp; deviened with tail on.


Diagonally slice 1 Kielbasa sausage about 1/2'; thick and satue following the shrimp.





Pour Pesto sauce over pasta and top with shrimp and sausage.
You could amke my personal favorite which is cajun chicken fettucine. jus boil the pasta and sauteed the chicken until brown. (Use maybe olive oil or vegetable oil)You can buy the fettucine sauce in stores. Add cajun spices to the chicken such as paprika, black pepper, or they store bought cajun blends.
