Cook boneless skinless chicken breasts in a large skillet with a little oil about 4 minutes per side on medium heat. Add one chopped onion, cook briefly and add 1 cup of chicken broth. Cook about 3 minutes then add one jar of spaghetti sauce. Turn heat to low, cover and let simmer until chicken is done, approximately 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook some pasta (bowties or rotini are nice) following directions on the box. Drain the pasta and serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta. Can someone give me different easy pasta recipes?
Erm, at the risk of coming across like a spam-meister, I have a website devoted entirely to easy pasta recipes.
You can find some interesting authentic recipes here. I'm really no expert cook, so they're all written with beginners and non-chefs in mind.
I hope you find something of interest anyway: http://www.pasta-recipes-made-easy.com
Matt.
PS: If you have time and inclination, try making your own fresh pasta. It takes fantastic!
take any regular spaghetti sauce like prego heat it in a sauce pan or what ever you heat it in but not to high just enough to heat it add shredded mozzarella cheese pepperoni's or any peperoni of your choice or sausage get it nice and hot with all ingredients in pot or pan or whatever you used top over noodles add extra cheese mozzarella or Parmesan it is a small twist sorry but i couldn't find one of my moms recipes for chili sauce which is like a thin chili on noodles and it is good!!!
Sometimes just butter, grated cheese, salt, pepper and red pepper flake is all you need. But for more detailed and extravagent recipes, go to:
