Pasta recipes?

any kind is good. just i'm bored of pasta and butter. oh and easiness is a key. thanks!Pasta recipes?
This is a great and really easy pasta sauce. You can add chopped chicken or cooked shrimp if you like:

Creamy Alfredo Sauce

8 ounces dry fettuccine pasta

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup margarine

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1 pinch ground nutmeg

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

In a medium saucepan, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, margarine, milk, garlic powder and basil and stir over low heat until smooth and creamy, 10 to 15 minutes. Toss sauce with pasta and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve.

Hope you enjoy!

ChrisPasta recipes?
I start with macaroni,I use chopped cucumber, onion a few peas and carrots for color and bottled coleslaw dressing, salt, Lawry's coarse ground black pepper. serve cold from the fridge
I cook my pasta then drain..then put empty pan back on burner turned to med high heat , add 2 tbs olive oil, 1/4 tsp garlic(minced), 1 pinch of red pepper flakes, 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms, 1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato, 1/2 cup chopped zucchini..cook for 2 minutes and then pour over pasta. salt and pepper to taste.
Try mixing the cooked pasta with butter, hot olive oil, and garlic. Then pour in baby clams or anchovies. Yum!
I have a lot of friends who happen to be vegetarian, and me being a big carnivore, it's hard to cook for them without going crazy. I put together this healthy, but somewhat guilty meal for both their needs and my sanity.

Roasted Vegetables and Farfalle

1 Medium Cucumber

3 - 4 Roma Tomatoes

1 Onion

4 - 5 Tsp. Minced Garlic

1 Medium Eggplant

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 Big Bag o' Farfalle (bowties)

- Seasonings -

Course Salt

Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Dried Basil

Dried Parsley

Fennel Seeds

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Basically, chop the onion and tomato in slices (vertical), and slice the cucumber long-ways. If the tomato and onions are too large (think bite size), cut into square-sized proportions. Toss the veggies on a baking sheet, and pour about a third of a cup onto the veggies.

Toss them all around, coating them evenly with the oil. Then, throw in a couple dashes of salt of pepper until there is an obvious (not generous) amount of both elements present. Then, toss in a couple hits of basil, along with the parsley, and then sprinkle the fennel seeds on top (they go a looong way, and they remind me of the flavor of italian sausage, this is why I include them).

Once we have all the veggies all tossed together and evenly coated with all seasonings and oil, put it in the oven for about thirty minutes on 350 degrees. While you got that goin' on, go ahead and cook the pasta to package directions. I find that, after straining, that it helps to season the pasta with a splash of olive oil, or a dollop of butter, and then a few hits of salt and pepper.. your choice. Once the veggies are done, toss them in with the pasta all together, and serve! Enjoy.
cook the pasta as always then add jalapeno sauce, and salt! very tasty
