My favorite is chicken pasta salad.... boil some chicken until the meat is cooked. Tear the meat off the bones (if applicable), mix with cooked pasta, raw cut up bell peppers and carrots and green onion. MIx all together and add a semi-tart vinegarette dressing. Refrigerate overnight. It is very good with lots of flavor and easy to make. What are some unique pasta recipes?

I really like Chicken Bruscheta (sp?) Pasta, it's chicken breast, with fresh garlic, a can of petite diced tomatoes, and angel hair pasta with balsamic vinegar glaze (i found the glaze on food network website). this dish is on TGIFridays menu but it's easy to make and very good.
use any kind of pasta ... cook it to your liking..add bacon bits.... add any cheese of your choice... and add your favorite salad dressing.... mix together and enjoy!
