In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage and onion until sausage is evenly brown and onion is tender. Drain grease.
In a bowl, mix the pizza sauce, tomato sauce, and milk. Stir in the sausage and onion, pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, and Canadian bacon. Gently mix in the cooked macaroni until evenly coated. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.

Parmesan Noodles
I altered the recipe a little and instead of cottage cheese I use Parmesan as a side dish, but it still makes a good main dish. I especially like to serve it with Swiss steak...the special blend of flavors makes it companionable to any meal, though.
* 2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
* 1/2 cup butter, softened, divided
* 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
* 1 teaspoon dried basil
* 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
* 2/3 cup boiling water
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* 6 cups hot cooked thin noodles
* 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
* Additional parsley, optional
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, parsley, basil and lemon pepper. Stir in water; keep warm.
In a saucepan, saute garlic in remaining butter until golden. Place noodles in a serving bowl; top with garlic mixture. Sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese; toss lightly. Spoon cream sauce over noodles and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Chicken Pasta Toss
Flavored with herbs and seasoning, Chicken Pasta Toss will satisfy any family member鈥檚 appetite. And the rich and creamy sauce takes minimal effort.
* 10 ounces uncooked spaghetti
* 1 teaspoon minced garlic
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
* 1/3 cup chopped green onions
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
* 1/4 teaspoon each onion powder, rubbed sage, white pepper and black pepper
* Dash cayenne pepper
* 1 cup heavy whipping cream
* 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
* 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute garlic in butter. Add chicken, onions and seasonings; cook, uncovered, for 3-5 minutes or until juices run clear.
Stir in cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 4-5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Drain spaghetti; toss with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.

Because I'm a lover of Salads, I try and combine Pasta with Salad whenever possible. And when I tried this recipe, it was simply great. I hope you like it too (and i get those 10 points ;) ).
I love a good pasta salad.... here is one of my favorites.
1 lb box of Spiral (corkscrew) pasta ( I like the multi colored)
Sliced Black Olives
Feta Cheese
Garbanzo Beans
Pepperdoo's (if you can't find them cherry or grape tomatoes will do)
Greek Salad Dressing (Italian works just as well)
and toss.
You can add what you like or don't like, and make it your own. I sometimes add salami, or pepperoni to it, and mix up the veggies. Love a good chilled pasta salad.
