What are some good quick and east pasta recipes? Or what are some good pasta recipe sites with pictures?

I like seeing what the food I am cooking should look like. So any recipes online that have pictures would be great.What are some good quick and east pasta recipes? Or what are some good pasta recipe sites with pictures?

If you're in the mood for something simple, Spaghetti fried with butter and cheese is great. Another nice one is spaghetti with olive oil and anchovies.

QUICK 'N' EASY PASTA





1 red onion, sliced


3 cloves garlic, sliced


2 tsp. red pepper flakes


2 tbsp. olive oil


1 (20 oz.) can Italian plum tomatoes, drained


10 oz. pasta noodles


1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced


Salt and pepper to taste





1. Saute onions and garlic in oil over low heat until onion is wilted. Mix in pepper flakes and tomatoes. Simmer to thicken for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. 2. Meanwhile, cook pasta in 3 quarts rapidly boiling water. Drain and put in large bowl. Top with sauce and parsley and toss to mix. Serve immediately.








OR








EASY QUICK PASTA





2 tbsp. olive oil


1/2 lb. ground beef


1/2 lb. Italian sausage


3 cloves garlic, peeled


1/2 c. half %26amp; half


3/4 c. spaghetti sauce


1/2 c. gravy (homemade or canned)


1/4 c. Parmesan cheese


1/4 c. red wine


1 tsp. oregano


1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning


Salt %26amp; pepper to taste


3/4 lb. your favorite pasta, small





TOPPING:





1 c. Mozzarella or Swiss cheese, grated





Boil 4 quarts water. Heat a large frying pan and add oil, beef and Italian sausage and garlic. Saute until meat is cooked and brown. Drain excess fat. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer until mixture while pasta cooks.


Drain pasta and mix it with the meat and sauce mixture. Pour into a 3 quart baking dish, rectangular. Top with grated cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 6.








OR








QUICK PASTA DISH





1 tin smoked oysters or mussels


4-5 coils vermicelli pasta


1-3 cloves garlic, crushed %26amp; chopped


1/2 green pepper, chopped


1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese


1/2 tsp. dried parsley or 2 tsp. fresh parsley


1 can chopped clams


1-2 tbsp. olive oil


1/4 tsp. dried savory


1/2 onion, chopped


Pepper to taste





Drop pasta into boiling water. Saute onion and green pepper in olive oil. Add garlic and herbs. Drain clams (reserve clam liquid) and oysters. Chop oysters or mussels half. Add to onion mixture and stir until heated through, using clam juice if need to keep from scorching. When pasta is done, drain and place in large bowl. Pour clam and onion mixture over, toss gently with Parmesan cheese. Serve with green salad for quick, elegant meal
