Anyone got any simple pasta recipes?

Anyone got any simple pasta recipes, without meat and just like plain recipes? :SAnyone got any simple pasta recipes?
Quick, Delicious and Easy Pasta:

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

2 medium-sized ripe tomatoes

2 stalks of celery

one clove of garlic

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1/2 teaspoon of salt

pasta of choice

Directions:

Cook pasta according to directions.

While the pasta is cooking, roughly chop up the tomatoes to bite-sized pieces. Chop the celery into small pieces as well. Chop the garlic into very fine pieces and mix all of it in a bowl with the olive oil and salt. Absolutely quick, easy and wonderful!

The pasta should be done by now. Simply pour the pasta together with the vegetables and stir.

It is so easy to make, and I can make it on days when my mother goes on a strike and refuses to cook. Bahh.

This serves one person, and to get a rough idea of how much pasta you need, take a big bowl, pour the uncooked pasta inside till it fills about 1/4 of the bowl. Because the pasta expands when it cooks, you'll get a big bowl of pasta when its done. enjoy your meal!

Serves: 1

Preparation time: 15 minutes

I like to mix up my pasta with broccoli, and a little bit of alfredo sauce. So simple and so tasty! :)
White wine about a cup a little butter, some garlic and parmesan or romano cheese.
I agree .. or you could also add Parmasen Cheese with the butter! Lazy cook!
Today I made a yummy pasta dish, now keep in mind I don't always use exact recipes so you'll have to be good at guess work! I cooked 1/4 of a 16oz pkg of garden rotini (corkscrew, tri-colored, spinach flavored) pasta according to the directions, drain. I then chopped about 1/4 of an onion then sauted it in about 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil. To that I added about 1/2 cup canned mushrooms (use fresh if you want, tomorrow is shopping day so I'm down to using my frozen %26amp; canned foods), I had some leftover stewed tomatoes with liquid, about 5 tomatoes (small) that I added to the mix. For seasoning I used garlic powder, Italian herb seasonings (it comes in one container with several herbs %26amp; spices mixed together), a little salt %26amp; pepper, and just a quick shake of onion powder. I let this simmer for 15 minutes then added the noodles to heat. It was pretty good! You could add some vegan or regular (rennet free) Parmesan cheese if you wanted to. Add: Use whatever kind of tomatoes you want; fresh, sun dried, canned or even spaghetti/tomato sauce.
