Recipes for Bow Tie Pasta and Penne Pasta?

I went to a luncheon yesterday and there were acouple dishes there that were so tasty. Both were ';cold';. The one with Bow Tie Pasta used the Multi Colored Bow Tie and was mixed with Shredded Tuna and A dressing that was a mix of Sour Cream and maybe Mayo ? Does the different colors have different taste ? I really couldn't tell. I would love to have this Recipe if anyone knows what it might be. I have never cooked Bow Tie Pasta either. Also I would like a ';Cold'; recipe using Penne and maybe Chicken ? Thanks to all who answer...Recipes for Bow Tie Pasta and Penne Pasta?
as the bow-tie pasta aka farfalle, is still pasta, you can make any sauce and top it to your pasta and it'll be fine. as they say, anything you put over rice, you can put over mash and pasta.

also, if the pasta was home-made pasta (although i think the ones you had were commercial), the taste will different per color as green is usually for spinach or red/orange is for tomato or red peppers

here's something cold for your penne rigate and chicken.

penne rigate

cooked chicken, shredded

fresh julienned (slice really thin) red and green bell peppers (yellow and orange once wouldn't hurt too.)

salt and pepper

mayonnaise
